1. You’ll be notified of the sale
Whether your item is purchased via auction or at a fixed price, you’ll receive an email from Xoobie, notifying you that your item has been sold.
2. Contact the seller
The next step is to contact the seller to arrange the method of payment and when it will happen. You can also agree on how the goods will be shipped (and any additional cost if not already established), once your payment is received by the seller.
You can log into Xoobie and navigate to the Bidding > Won section of My Account and click on Contact Seller to contact the seller.
3. Send the payment
You can also view the invoice for the item by clicking on the View invoice button of the Bidding > Won section of My Account.
You should make the payment immediately after communicating with the seller so as to not delay receipt of the goods. Remember, they can only ship the goods once they receive your payment.
5. Receive the goods
The next step in the process is to await the shipping of the goods to you. Please be patient as they need to receive your payment before they can ship the goods to you and this in itself may take 2 – 3 days if they’re doing a direct bank transfer. Shipping may also take a couple of days as well depending on the distance between point a and b.
6. Leave feedback
The final step is to navigate to the Bidding > Won section and click the Leave Feedback button to leave feedback to the seller.
